Your Pole Journey

Stepping into your first pole class is different for everyone. Some people are stoked and eager. Some feel resistance and discomfort. Some have no idea what to expect. Some have mixed feelings. Some will never tell you what they are feeling because they are a magical enigma. All of you belong here. 💛

Just remember, your pole journey is yours, and yours alone.

It can be whatever YOU choose it to be. Your journey will depend on many things: your comfort zone, your work schedule, your life responsibilities, your mental and emotional state, and your body. The reasons you show up may change and evolve throughout your journey.

If You Want To...

  • Grow your strength
  • Find your movement flow & creativity
  • Prioritize time to get into your body
  • Feel sexy, sensual, & confident
  • Be upside down
  • Just try something new
  • Get that friend off your back that keeps telling you to try it
  • Make friends and be part of a community of supportive people
  • Some other reason? All right then, keep your secrets 😏
  • YES TO THEM ALL!
Then pole is for you!

FOUNDATIONS

Our core curriculum skills based classes are run in 8 week sessions. Classes meet two times per week in a linear progression. By enrolling, you are committing to attend 16 classes (make-ups are available if you need to miss class).

Your instructor will tell you when it's time to move up to the next series level.

CHOREO

Our Choreo classes are run in 8 week sessions. You will learn one choreo during the first 4 weeks and a second choreo during the second 4 weeks. Classes meet once per week and each class builds on what was taught the week prior. By enrolling, you are committing to attend 8 classes.  Remember to check prerequisites when signing up.

DROP-IN

PRACTICE

Our Drop-in classes are scheduled in 8 week sessions. There is no commitment to attend a single drop-in class.  Remember to check pre-requisites when signing up.

Our Practice classes are run in 8 week sessions. There is no commitment to attend. This is either an Open Pole (not an instructor led class) or a Pole Lab (instructor led practice or make up class).

Missed/Make up Classes

FOUNDATION & CHOREO SERIES

If you miss a series class (skills based or choreo) you can make up the missed class using one of the Practice classes --either an Open Pole class or a Pole Lab (taught by your instructor).
*Missed classes must be made up by the end of the current 8 week session.

DROP-IN &
PRACTICE CLASSES

All Drop-in and practice (open pole & pole lab) classes  are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cannot make it to a registered class, you must cancel the class online at least 4 hours prior to the start time to avoid being charged.  No make-up classes permitted.
