Fifty ‘N Fly
Learn all your foundations to fly! In this 4 week (4 class) series, you will learn how to spin, sway, and swing around the pole, as well as learn a short choreography incorporating all the moves you have learned! The series is perfect for first-timers. Prerequisites : Must be 50 years of age or older

Pole Fitness 101
Pole isn’t all about dancing. In fact, dancing isn’t a requirement at all! In this class we’ll focus on building muscle, agility, usable strength and confidence in yourself and your body's abilities. Following a warmup and conditioning, we’ll learn some basic pole foundations, and end will a short cooldown. This class is open to all levels and genders, no experience necessary, this series is perfect for first-timers!

Pole Dance 102
Build muscle and condition your skin while you learn all your foundational poses on the pole as well as the upright moves that come out of them. Work hard to clean up your half bracket climb. This class is for those that have completed Pole 101 or have the equivalent skill. Please see prerequisites. Your instructor will let you know when you are ready to move onto the next level.
Prerequisites: Must be able to take both feet off the ground in all your static spins. Must have completed Pole Dance 101.
Bring: Water and level appropriate clothing.

Build muscle and condition your skin while you learn all the upright poses that come out of your foundational poses on the pole. Work hard to clean up your half bracket climb. This class is for those that have completed Pole Dance 102 or have the equivalent skill. Please see prerequisites.
Prerequisite: Must be able to take both feet off the ground in all your static spins and hold your foundational poses on the pole.
Pole Dance 104
Build strength while expanding your pole move vocabulary with new grips and right side up combos.

Prerequisites: Jasmine, Jamilla, Genie and Figurehead. Must be able to confidently climb to the top of the pole on both sides.

Prepare for inversions by learning to drop into them from your climb. Make upright combinations on a static pole out of the pole shapes and transitions you’ve already learned.
Pole Dance 105
Build strength while expanding your pole move vocabulary with new grips and right side up combos in this conditioning-based class. Clean up dropping into your leg hang from a climb up the pole.
Prerequisites: Jasmine, Jamilla, Genie and Figurehead

Pole Dance 201
Learn your leg hangs, leg hang variations and some more advanced upright tricks. Start your spin pole journey with our classic spintrance (spin-entrance). Work on controlling your speed and conditioning your dizziness. This class is for those that have completed multiple sessions of Pole 104 or 105 or have equivalent skill. Please see prerequisites. Your Instructor will let you know when you are ready to move on to the next level.
Prerequisites: Must be able to drop into your leg hang and hold with no hands on the pole.

Pole Dance 202
Expand your upside down tricks with your jade progression, flatline and more. Get comfortable with longer combos on spin.

Prerequisites: Must be able to confidently hold ball, inside and outside leg hang with no hands. And move from outside leg hang to inside leg hang through pike.
Pole Dance 202/203
Expand your upside down tricks with your jade progression, baby butterfly, flatline and more. Get more comfortable with longer combos on spin.
Pole Dance 203
Learn hang glider and deepen your comfort in a thigh hold. Learn baby butterfly and its transition to flatline. As well as other intermediate shapes.

Prerequisites: Jade variation, flatline, inside and outside leg hang as well as your foundational shapes.
Pole Dance 204
Begin your journey to dropping into a brass hook. Build strength by creating long upside down combos on spin. Learn a variety of intermediate tricks. This class is for those that have completed multiple sessions of Pole 2-Intermediate or have equivalent skill. Please see prerequisites. Your Instructor will let you know when you are ready to move on to the next level.

Prerequisites: Must be comfortable in holding their baby butterfly and transitioning into flatline and tuck afterwards. Must be able to side climb to the top of the pole on both sides.
Pole Dance 301
Start learning tricks involving a brass hook as well as more complicated tricks with less points of contact. This class is for those that have completed multiple sessions of Pole 204 or have equivalent skill. Please see prerequisites. Your Instructor will let you know when you are ready to move on to the next level.
Prerequisites: Able to drop into brass, extended butterfly hold and aerial inverts.
Pole Dance 302
Learn intermediate inverted tricks and transitions as well as long up and down the pole combos on spin. This class is for those that have completed multiple sessions of Pole 301 or have equivalent skill. Please see prerequisites. Your Instructor will let you know when you are ready to move on to the next level.
Prerequisites: Shoulder mounts, aerial inverts, extended butterfly, superman and foundational shapes
