DROP-IN CLASSES

Think of drop-in classes as your electives. They are not part of the standard curriculum, but they are necessary for progression. They help students explore methods and tools outside of the core curriculum which allow them to acquire new skills and understanding, ultimately leading to faster advancement. For instance, taking a strength and flexibility class can help ensure that your body is in the best shape possible to perform everything you're learning in your foundation series. You don''t want to wait until you're in class, up in the air, trying to learn a new trick to begin working on that strength and flexibility. You want to be prepared in advance, so when the time comes, you're in peak shape to rock it.  There are a ton of different drop-in classes to choose from, and they change all the time. Anything from Movement Sanctuary (embodiment) to choreo tasters (one song learned during a single class), to Strength and Mobility, to Pole Basics and more!    All drop-in classes are prepaid, non-refundable, and non-transferable.   DON'T FORGET TO CHECK FOR PRE-REQUISITES!!
